Let Yourself Evolve 

Every belief and every religion is based on a similar concept – a mystic force of some kind, and a sense of good and evil. Whether you call it a god, God, the Universe, the energy or a vibration… it is still the same thing. 

In many holy books and religious stories, there is always a notion of light fighting the dark, or good fighting the evil. There are those of power who want to take over, and those virtuous heroes who fight for freedom. These concepts are also prominent in many fantasy books and films such as Harry Potter, Star Wars, the Lord of the Ring, Disney movies and many others. 

All of this is universal truth that can be unveiled when you read between the lines. And if you take the stories with a grain of salt. 

What’s great about the stories is that they also teach us good lessons by showing honest mistakes made by the characters. And by showing how they change, how they learn from their mistakes or change their mind. 

And this is important to remember. People change their minds. On different stages of our spiritual journeys, we may have different opinions or beliefs about something. Or the people we follow may do something we don’t agree with. And that’s okay. We are all evolving. No matter if you’re only starting your spiritual journey or if you’re an advanced master, you can change and evolve. Sometimes, you have to take a step back to take another step forward. And that’s the beauty of life. We are all just human.

If there’s someone you don’t agree with, don’t hate on them. Be kind. Let them evolve and let yourself evolve together with them. You may find that one day, they’ll change their mind or that you’ll come to agree with them. Just evolve, take a step back, and evolve some more.
